Trailrunning Ladies Camp

15. Mai - 17. Mai 2026

From Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17, 2026, an inspiring Trailrunning Ladies Camp will take place in Savognin, including accommodation at Hotel AVES. The weekend is led by Nina Carisch, local trail runner and winner of the Swiss Irontrail in Savognin, and Angelika Lehmann, esa trailrunning guide from Zenit run.

Together, they create an environment where both beginners and ambitious trail runners feel comfortable, are challenged and benefit from each other.

At the heart of the weekend is a shared experience among women: being out on the trails together, motivating each other, exchanging experiences and discovering the fascination of trail running in the Grisons mountains. Participants benefit from individual technique inputs, valuable training tips and personal advice on gear and equipment.
